I’m going to tell you my “story” in several parts. Where I came from. What I did. Where I am now. What my core principles, values and “rules of engagement” are. Also, I will share stories about my family, friends and fun.
I am an entrepreneur from Colorado with over 28 years of experience. I founded my first enterprise – a business consulting and accounting practice - in 1982 six weeks after my son was born. Currently, I have a business and marketing coaching practice providing programs especially for entrepreneurs and professionals who want to get their “groove” back. I operate my business from my home office which has a magnificent view of Pikes Peak or from a laptop and cell phone while I’m traveling. I’m passionate about teaching others how to (re)create their businesses to fit around their dreamed of lifestyle. I feel adamant about people taking control of their financial destinies and building the life of their dreams – and the best way to do that is by having their own business. It is especially fabulous when a person can create a “lifestyle business”. (Note: Lifestyle Businesses are businesses that are set up and run by their founders primarily with the aim of sustaining a particular level of income and no more; or to provide a foundation from which to enjoy a particular lifestyle. ~ Wikipedia)
